Purpose

The provider, responsible for the website, makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations established in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users of the website about the terms of use of the site.

Anyone who accesses this website assumes the role of user, committing to the strict observance and compliance with the provisions set forth herein, as well as with any other applicable legal provisions.

The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such obligations, with the publication on the provider’s website being deemed sufficient.

Responsibility

The provider disclaims any liability for the information published on its website whenever such information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party external to it.

The provider’s website may use cookies (small information files sent by the server to the computer of whoever accesses the page) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the proper operation and viewing of the site. In any case, the cookies used on the website are temporary, with the sole purpose of making subsequent transmission more efficient, and disappear when the user’s session ends. This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure proper functioning. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of programming errors, or force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

(d) is contrary to the right to honor, personal or family privacy, or the self-image of individuals;
(e) in any way damages the credibility of the provider or third parties; and
(f) constitutes illicit, misleading, or unfair advertising.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish legislation shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit themselves.
