Working with Miguel Freitas allowed me to adopt a continuous improvement approach based on listening, reflecting, measuring, acting, and analyzing. This cycle drives personal, team, and business growth, supported by methodologies such as Metaplan, conscious planning, KPIs, and self-care. I learned to detect early deviations, manage conflicts naturally, and organize effective meetings with clear objectives. In addition, we evolved our internal communication, differentiating between simply informing and requesting action. The most valuable outcome: strengthening people management, understanding their needs and motivations in order to build committed and resilient teams.
